The Normal Animals reproduce without thinking much about it. Some take care of their young. Some make their young fend for themselves. Some just lay eggs and go away. When the young hatch, they are completely at the mercy of predators. In some species, the young eat the parent. In other species, the parent eats the young or the female bites off the head of her mate. Plants create seeds, while the single celled amoeba simply divides into two. Creatures mate and give birth by instinct. Some kind of a programmed need. Humans are different. We are capable of exercising a choice and we have the means to not just prevent conception, but also to abort and even save the mother and child if delivery complications happen. The Normal Normally, I've experienced muscle pain when I've done a lot of exercise (muscles needed rest) or when I've been injured. The cause and rest or medication for these cases were easy to diagnose and treat. The perplexing phenomenon was when the pains happened for no obvious reason. All of a sudden, some muscles near my ribs would give me dull pain. Sometimes it'd be a tiny sharp pain. The doctor said there's no disease or medical condition that could be detected. At times it'd be at my molars (which made me think I had tooth decay, but the dentist said there isn't). Sometimes it'd feel like itching on the gums at my molars (but the dentist said I don't have gum disease). Sometimes it'd be close to the bones of my leg. Sometimes at the base of my spine.
